Montesino acted as exclusive financial advisor to the sellers of Centro Radiologico Polispecialistico di Ternate on the sale to Simago (Ardian)

Montesino advised the sellers of Centro Radiologico Polispecialistico di Ternate (approximately EUR 13 million in revenues, EUR 1.3 million in EBITDA) on the sale to Simago, a French aggregation platform of diagnostic imaging centers controlled by Ardian.

The mandate was coordinated by partner Ugo Zampieri and formed part of the broader European consolidation of specialist healthcare, a market in which Simago reports approximately EUR 500 million in revenues.

The transaction was publicly disclosed and covered by the industry press (BeBeez, FinanceCommunity).
